After helping children stuck in the north of the country and distributed gifts to the young patients of Pediatrics, ALBCONTROL has responded positively to the request of the Red Cross to donate blood for children with thalassemia.
On June 27, in the premises of ALBCONTROL, about 100 members of staff were offered voluntarily to provide blood, proving once again humanism, solidarity and social responsibility.
Those who were unable to provide blood, contributed in money for other children in need. At the end of the process the Albanian Red Cross reported that 40 units of blood were collected and a value of 110,000 lek.
ALBCONTROL will continue to be focused on helping people in need, especially to small children.
