ALBCONTROL celebrates the 1st of June
The celebratory event for the renovation of the Children and Teenager Psychiatric Clinic was held during International Children’s Day, with the participation of the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Mrs. Ogerta Manastirliu. Also present were the Mayor of Tirana Mr. Erion Veliaj and the Director General of ALBCONTROL, Mrs. Belinda Balluku who funded the project together.
Quoting the General Director of ALBCONTROL “Social responsibility is a core part of the company’s Ethical Code. We are happy that the reconstruction of the Psychiatric Hospital was a success, for its patients truly need and deserve the utmost care. It is not the first occasion that we support projects concerning children in need. Back in 2014, we invested in the improvement of hospitalization for children with immunitary diseases by constructing two isolation rooms for the Pediatric Hospital.
ALBCONTROLs Director General invited other state or private companies to support and contribute towards community projects whose goal is to improve the quality of living conditions within our society.
