In March 2015 ALBCONTROL introduced Centralized Rostering System and Personal Rostering System. This system consists in preparing the monthly shift for all the operational sectors such as ACC, TWR, MET, TECH, AIS, in accordance with the Labour Code, Collective Agreement, and based on the organization of work in the respective sector. At the same time, during the process of information rendering, the system divides equally the working hours, weekends and holidays for all the employees.
Central Rostering System (CRS) allows online communication with all users, concerning every request made by the users through the online Personal Rostering System (PRS). PRS can also be downloaded as an application available for smartphones (Android and iPhone).
