The Management Council is the highest decision-making body of Albcontrol.
The method of appointment, the duration of the mandate and the selection criteria of the Management Council are determined by the law no. 40/2024 “For air navigation service provider Albcontrol”, and by the Order of the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy no. 176, dated 02.08.2024 “On the Approval of the Regulation “For the Determination of the Announcement and Selection of The Management Council members of Albcontrol””.
The Management Council consists of 5 members, as follows:
Mr. Genci Gjonçaj – Chairman of the Board
Mrs. Eda Vengu – Member
Mr. Endrit Yzeiraj – Member
Mr. Feliks Baci – Member
Mrs. Irma Droboniku – Member
The Director General is the highest executive authority and representative of Albcontrol.

Mr. Dritan Isaku is appointed as Director General of the public entity Albcontrol by the order of the Minister responsible for air transport issues no. 113, dated 01.08.2025.
